“I was born in Venice on the last day of 1964, the youngest of six brothers. I come from a family whose members have worked as cooks and pastry chefs since the beginning of the 20th century. Cooking has always been way of bringing people together, from the time when my family gathered around the table to meals with friends who celebrated the joy of good eating. I brought the same enthusiasm to my work with Orient Express and as director of a fashion house. And today, I have accepted the new challenge posed by this adventure of running a kosher restaurant in Venice”
