“I was born in Venice and lived there and in Milan until I was 20. I lived in Thailand for five years, opening an Italian restaurant, an experience that helped me grow professionally as I learned volumes about restaurant management and how to handle the complexities of cooking Italian food abroad. Then, I left for China where I lived for eight years, learning the language and starting a company that produced and exported bonsai. I began this new adventure, a Venetian kosher restaurant when I returned to the city in the lagoon.”
